An international Quantity Surveying consultancy with an impressive array of hotel and residential projects is seeking a Quantity Surveyor, or MRICS Quantity Surveyor, with senior ambitions, to join their London office.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working across a variety of top level, high-end residential projects primarily for private clients and corporations across the UK. There will also be some luxury hotel, high and mid-rise residential.

The team are seeking a Quantity Surveyor who has good pre contract experience and is eager to take on projects from inception to completion.

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• Preferably MRICS
• Hold a Quantity Surveying degree or similar (if not MRICS)
• Ideally delivered high-end residential projects within a PQS environment
• Current or recent PQS / Cost Management experience
• Pre contract knowledge
• Client facing
• High end residential or residential project experience
