Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Marple
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm (½ hour unpaid lunch)

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing environment in the Marple area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is looking for a stable, long-term role with full training provided.
Key Responsibilities
Cutting rubber sheets from a production mill safely and accurately
Weighing and preparing raw materials ready for the manufacturing process
Assisting with general production duties on the factory floor
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Supporting the wider team to ensure production targets are met
About the Role
The role involves working in a fast-paced production environment and will include manual handling and physical work. Candidates should be comfortable lifting materials of up to 25kg as part of their daily duties.
Full training will be provided, so previous experience in rubber manufacturing is not essential. However, experience in production, warehouse, manufacturing, or manual roles would be advantageous.
