Senior Digital Consultant

Jackson Hogg are delighted to be supporting with the appointment of a Senior Digital Consultant to work for our client who are a pioneering global built environment consultancy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing BIM projects and play a central role in supporting with digital processes and technology, leading projects and supporting clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct model audits using clash detection and experience using Building Information Modelling (BIM) to ensure high quality delivery of projects within the cross the public, sports and leisure, commercial, and healthcare sectors

* Develop digital project control and associated documentation.

* Oversee common data environment management in line with ISO 19650 standards.

* Provide consultancy and expertise in digital processes of BIM projects to support in development and auditing.

* Stay up to date with new technologies and innovations in the digital and built environment.

* Lead digital transformation to improve project coordination, streamline workflows, and drive data informed decision making across complex infrastructure projects worldwide

* Overseeing auditing information management practices to ensure strict adherence to industry standards.

Requirements

* Robust understanding of both design and construction methodologies

* Background in architecture, project management, and Building Information Modelling (BIM)

* Passionate about helping clients unlock the real benefits of quality data, ensuring usable information flows seamlessly from design through construction and into operation.

* Building Information Management (BIM) experience and understanding

* Construction Operations Building Information Exchange (COBie) and understanding Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) - Desirable.

* Knowledge of ISO 19650

* Excellent communication skills and ability to speak confidentially with clients and stakeholders
