Key Responsibilities:

As Technical Advisor, you'll be the main point of contact for customers post-delivery, ensuring a smooth and professional aftersales experience. Your duties will include:

Acting as the primary contact for service requests and technical queries

Managing the aftersales inbox and resolving issues via phone and email

Providing remote technical support and troubleshooting mechanical or electrical faults

Guiding customers on correct usage, maintenance and fault finding

Coordinating spare parts with warehouse teams

Logging service orders onto the ERP system with accurate customer details

Preparing service performance reports and supporting root cause analysis

What we're looking for:

To succeed as a Technical Advisor, you'll ideally have:

A plumbing background or strong product knowledge

Experience as an Aftersales Advisor or Technical Service Advisor

Confidence reading technical drawings

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

An understanding of safety standards

Excellent communication and report writing ability

Good time management and organisational skills

A customer-focused approach

Flexibility to travel for site support if required
