The Company

My client is a specialist high volume manufacturer of bespoke products that are supplied around the world. They have an excellent reputation for their innovation, quality and customer service. They continue to strive for excellence in everything they do.

They have a newly created opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to liaise with customers regarding orders, products, pricing and deliveries.

The Role

Reporting to the CSM, the Customer Service Administrator will be the first point of contact for the customer. This may include:

* Processing and inputting orders

* Providing accurate update on an order

* Advising any schedule changes

* Verification of orders against price list

* Verification of prices against quotations

* Processing order cancellations

* Handling customer complaints and taking the appropriate steps to affect the required resolution

Other responsibilities may include:

* Inputting credits or debits

* Liaising with internal departments where necessary

* Completing new account forms and liaising with Credit Control

* Updating and maintaining the CRM system, ensuring all activities are recorded and compliant

* Meeting customers and distributors when appropriate

The Candidate

The Customer Service Administrator appointed to this role will have a minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience gained within a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Good communication and time-management skills are essential, with the ability to plan, perform and prioritise multiple tasks.

You will be able to work accurately under pressure and have strong IT skills as well as experience of CRM systems and the Microsoft tools.

Speaking another language (i.e., French) is extremely advantageous
