Provision Recruitment, part of the Operam Education Group, are working in partnership with a leading Further Education College based in Surrey to recruit a passionate and knowledgeable Electrical Installation Lecturer.

We are looking for an individual with strong industry experience and a commitment to delivering engaging, high-quality teaching to learners across a range of levels, typically up to Level 3. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire and support the next generation of motor vehicle professionals.

🔧 The Role:

* Delivering both theory and practical sessions in Electrical Installation

* Teach across a variety of levels (Entry to Level 3)

* Develop engaging lesson plans and resources

* Track and support learner progress

* Maintain a safe and inclusive workshop and classroom environment

✅ What We're Looking For:

* A recognised qualification in Electrical Installation (minimum Level 3)

* Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent) or a willingness to work towards one

* Previous teaching or training experience in an Education setting is desirable

* Excellent communication and classroom management skills

* A genuine passion for educating the next generation of electricians
