Are you an experienced Quality Engineer ready to step into a senior role to make an immediate impact? Our client, a leading manufacturer supplying high-quality, regulated products to global markets, is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer for a 6-month fixed-term contract to support critical quality initiatives and ensure compliance with key regulatory standards.

In this pivotal position, you’ll be hands-on in managing compliance to ISO9001, ISO13485, and other regulatory requirements while driving targeted continuous improvement projects. You’ll play a key role in risk management, process validation, calibration, cleanroom compliance, and supplier quality, as well as support new product development workstreams.

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing, implementing, and improving the Quality Management System (QMS)

• Leading internal audits and supporting external regulatory audits

• Driving CAPA, non-conformance investigations, and FMEA implementation

• Managing supplier quality, including qualification, auditing, and performance monitoring

• Leading risk management activities across the product lifecycle

• Using Lean Six Sigma to improve quality, reduce defects, and increase efficiency

• Coaching and mentoring junior engineers and cross-functional teams

What we’re looking for:

• Degree or Diploma in Quality or similar discipline (preferred)

• Lead Auditor qualification

• 3+ years’ experience in a manufacturing Quality Engineer role (medical device or regulated industry preferred)

• Strong knowledge of risk management, validation, calibration, and supplier quality

• Excellent communication skills and a methodical, detail-focused approach

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and statistical tools such as Minitab
