My client is looking to recruit a Property Manager who will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties. You will be liaising with tenants, lenders, clients and solicitors via e-mail and telephone.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

· Be personally responsible for a large portfolio of residential property, preparing a strategy for clients that will result in the best outcome for all stakeholders.

· Liaise with tenants, landlords, Local Authority representatives, letting agents, solicitors and all other stakeholders as required, by telephone, email and letter

· Liaise with contractors to arrange planned and ad-hoc maintenance as required

· Take responsibility for arrears management across your portfolio of cases

· Issue notices to tenants and instruct solicitors to take appropriate legal action if required

· Keep IT system notes accurate and up to date at all times

· Assist with the production of client and internal reports

This is a high-volume office based role and the ability to manage a large caseload, and demonstrate strong administrative skills are required.Experience of residential property management preferred. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a positive mental attitude and "can do" approach to their work with the willingness to adapt and flex as required Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, and report writing (high level of competency required) is key.

In return, you will be given a basic salary between £25,000-£30,000 per annum, with generous benefits package, holiday entitlement and some flexible working available.
