Job Title: Site Manager

Salary & Package: £55,000 per annum + package

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Site Manager to join their growing team. The role involves overseeing nationwide fit-out projects, predominantly within the Shopfitting sector for blue-chip clients. The position involves 12-hour shifts, working 12 days on with 2 days off, so flexibility and commitment are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day site operations for nationwide retail fit-outs
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
• Coordinating subcontractors and trades on-site
• Maintaining strong client relationships on-site, particularly with blue-chip retailers
• Conducting regular H&S and quality checks
• Reporting progress and issues to senior management

Key Requirements

• Proven Shopfitting experience, ideally with blue-chip clients 
• Strong background in joinery
• Ability to work nationwide and commit to a demanding shift pattern
• Based in the Northwest is preferred for logistical reasons

Qualifications & Certifications

• CSCS card (valid)
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
• First Aid at Work (valid)
