Job Duties

* First point of contact

* The main priority of an FPOC Administrator is to answer incoming calls and emails dealing with requests from clients and customers that require a routine response whilst directing more complex issues via calls or emails to the appropriate person/team

* To use mail merges to deliver general correspondence to clients and leaseholders

* To work with the Department Heads and Property Managers in the preparation of and responses to, all client, contractor, and customer communications whether by telephone, e-mail, or letter

* To assist in uploading documentation to various internal systems

* To oversee and accept/decline appointments for the Shrewsbury Office Diary

* To liaise with other LSH Residential departments to obtain or provide information relating to the portfolio

* To attend internal meetings as required

* To carry out all duties within ARMA guidelines and codes of practice

* To complete all mandatory online training courses in a timely manner and to take part in optional training courses as considered appropriate by the Department Head

* To ensure that FCA regulation guidelines are adhered to in all working practices and behave in accordance with these rules and Treating the Customer Fairly guidelines

* To be courteous and professional in all dealings with clients, customers, contractors, and the general public

* To always be punctual and ensure that you are dressed in accordance with the Company Dress Code

* To be an active team member; contributing to the motivation and achievements of the department

* To endeavour to remain informed of new relevant legislation and best practice guidelines

Experience:

* Administration and customer service

* Have a good level of education

* Experienced with Microsoft Office Programs -Word/Excel/Outlook/CRM Systems

Skills:

* Excellent telephone communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels -ESSENTIAL

* Efficient, effective, and highly organised

* Management of own time

* Strong Administration skills

* Own autonomy in the role

* Self-motivated, positive attitude

* Able to work under pressure
