Utilising your skills and expertise to handle a busy and varied workload covering a broad range of property matters, the successful applicant will ensure excellent performance at all times.To put you forward for this position, we require your ideal salary and location and notice period.Responsibilities

• Assisting a senior fee earner in commercial property matters
• Liaising with clients and other professionals

The Candidate

• A paralegal with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Residential and/or Commercial property
• Educated to a minimum of degree level with completion of the LPC or SQE1
• Possesses outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• IT literacy will be a pre-requisite
• Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• A team player who is equally comfortable working on their own initiative
• Is personable, pro-active and detail orientated
