Commercial Property Lawyer
An ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor or CILEx is wanted for a fantastic opportunity with a leading York based law firm. Applications are invited from positively charged and highly motivated Commercial Property Lawyers driven to progress their careers in a growing firm with lots of opportunities to develop on a personal and professional basis. Salary is to £46,000 negotiable and dependent on experience with excellent benefits including a generous holiday entitlement.
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor or CILEx Lawyer will join small, friendly team who have built out a fantastic reputation in the region; acting for a varied client base that includes HNW individuals, entrepreneurs, business and public sector plus commercial landlords and tenants, across a number of sectors including real estate development, food and drink, leisure, retail and manufacturing. Day to day duties will be varied and not lack challenge covering aspects of Real Estate Management, Finance and Funding, Commercial Lease Transactions, Landlord and Tenant matters, Development and Planning issues, and Agricultural Land including the granting of options. A next level opportunity Commercial Property Solicitors would also be expected to help promote the department's services to the local and regional business community.

It is expected that the successful candidate will possess at least 4 years Commercial Property experience, pre or post qualification, gained in a busy high street or regional law firm, Strong technical ability will be complemented by an excellent all round communication style and natural people skills.
