Package Description:

We have a rewarding opportunity for an Administrator to join our team which will support our new Children’s service based in Lower Broughton/Cheetham Hill, Manchester.

The new full staff team will create the ideal nurturing, caring, safe environment from scratch. You will also be working with a team that are there to support the opening of this new Children’s Home, in a fully refurbished property supporting up to 5 children who need permanent care or who need support to help them prepare a move into foster care.

The Together Trust is one of the North Wests leading charities and has formed a partnership with Manchester City Council to set up and provide an excellent children’s home where children with behavioural issues who have had a difficult start in life find a secure loving home.

Location – Lower Broughton / Cheetham Hill - North Manchester

Hours – 25 hours per week worked between Monday and Friday.

The service can be flexible in how these hours are worked.

Salary - £16,#removed# (£12.67) per hour. Salary has already been pro-rated from a full time equivalent of £24,700.00 (based on 37.5 hours per week)

What can you bring to the team……..

We are seeking an Administrator who has a good understanding and competency with writing, spelling, reporting & recording documentation and communicating with other professionals and families.

You will need to be confident in building positive relationships with multi-disciplinary teams, young people that we support and work closely with the managers and staff team.

Efficient and accurate keyboard skills and an ability use Word, Excel, Access and Outlook is a requirement of this role.

Part of your role involves petty cash handling and updating our online portal system used to account for the monies spent by downloading receipts.
