The Role:

* Full-time, permanent SEND teaching role starting in September* Working closely with experienced SENCOs and support staff* Opportunity to work with a small group of pupils with EHCPs and additional learning needs* Focused on building strong, trusting relationships and delivering personalised, high-quality teaching and learning

The Ideal Candidate:

* An ECT with a genuine passion for SEND and inclusive education* Committed to nurturing the potential in every pupil* Strong communication and collaboration skills* Willingness to learn, grow, and be part of a close-knit, supportive team
