We are looking for energetic individuals with an ability to ensure Edible Arrangements service standards are met and surpassed by learning and creating the Edible Arrangements Experience for every customer, everywhere and everyday!!! Positions:

Customer Service Representative/Production Designer
(2) Part-time positions (approx 15-25hrs/week)

Team Member responsibilities include but not be limited to:
- Following Proper Food Sanitation and Handling Procedures
- Selecting, Washing, Peeling, Cutting and Preparing Fruit for Arranging
- Planning and Arranging Fruit Bouquets utilizing Proprietary Information, Methods and Procedures
- Packaging Arrangements and/or Dipped Fruit Boxes 
- Cleaning and Sanitizing Work Area, Dishes, Equipment, Utensils and Silverware
- Trash Removal and Cleaning
- Receiving Deliveries, ensuring Produce Freshness and Adhering to Acceptable Fruit Standards
- Ensuring Equipment, Produce, Supplies and Utensils are Properly Utilized and Stored in their Designated Areas
- Providing all Guests with a Superior Level of Customer Service 
- Enthusiastically Greeting, Welcoming and Connecting with Every Guest by all means of contact (i.e. in-person, telephone, email etc.)
- Ascertaining and Responding to Guest's Needs
- Assisting and Suggesting all Appropriate Edible Arrangement Products 
- Consistently Demonstrating a Strong Understanding of Product Knowledge and Standards of Quality through Effective Sales Techniques
- Establishing and Fostering Long-Term Relationships with Individuals and Businesses alike, while Building Loyalty and Trust with all our Guests
- Maintaining a Bright, Clean and Inviting Guest Service Area at all times
- Managing Difficult Guest Situations in a Calm and Professional Manner 
- Assisting All Team Members as Required

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred 
Previous Retail Sales Work Experience Preferred.
Valid California Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
Ability to Stand, Bend, Reach, Lift, Carry and/or Push objects weighing up to 50 lbs. throughout assigned shift
Strong Interpersonal and Effective Communication Skills
Self-Motivation, with the Ability to Work Independently, with minimal Direction
Detail Oriented Ability to follow Written and Verbal Instructions 
Proficiency with Software and Technology (Computers, Microsoft Office, Smartphones, etc.)
Write and Speak English Fluently and have a Professional Appearance
SCHEDULING FLEXIBILITY -- WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS REQUIRED
California Food Handler Certification
