New opportunity for an express Time Critical/AOG Agent with air export and/or import experience as well as customs procedures. Some knowledge of road freight would be preferred. Customs experience is essential.

Hours: 4 On 4 Off - hrs

This is a fast paced role so the candidate will be able to work well under pressure and have excellent time management skills.

Main tasks and responsibilities will include the following -

Day to Day responsibility for customer service delivery

Handling time critical shipments from start to finish including customs

Follow up and resolve all operational issues / customer service concerns raised by the customer

Maintain customer KPI's

Promote business development, ensuring all opportunities from existing business are followed up through telephone sales, prospect follow up and quotations.
