* · Salary: £55k to £70k depending on experience.

* · Bonus: £2,000 Welcome bonus

We are now looking for a Registered Manager with strong LD experience to bring this vision to life.

What We're Looking For

* Registered Manager experience in a children's home for young people with LD

* Deep knowledge of Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Ofsted framework

* Proven ability to lead teams, build culture, and deliver outstanding care

* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)

Pay: £55,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
