Field Service Engineer - Medical Imaging (Scotland)
Full-time | Scotland (Glasgow/Edinburgh focus) | £36,000-£47,000 + Car + Bonus + other benefits

A unique opportunity has opened for a Field Service Engineer to join a well-established, UK-leading provider of medical imaging technology. The role blends technical field service support with consultative sales and close collaboration with commercial teams, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both engineering and client-facing work.

The Role:

You'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting medical imaging systems including:

X-Ray machines
Surgical C-Arms
Dental X-Ray units

You'll also work closely with the sales and product teams, providing technical insight during client consultations, helping tailor imaging solutions, and identifying up-sell opportunities.

Location:

Based in Scotland, with most work concentrated in Glasgow, Edinburgh with some in the Aberdeen area.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (door-to-door)

Salary: £36,000 - £47,000 (experience dependent)

Who We're Looking For:

Experienced Field Service Engineering
Ideally a background in medical imaging, medical engineering or ex-REME engineers however alternative transferable backgrounds are welcomed
HNC or above in Electronics or related discipline
Comfortable in client-facing roles, supporting sales teams, and building rapport with end users
