Site Manager – New Build Modular Project

Location: South East London

Salary: £45,000+ (depending on experience)

Start Date: ASAP

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new build modular construction project. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and deliver a modern, efficient build.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day site operations to ensure the project runs smoothly and on schedule.
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site staff.
• Maintaining health & safety standards at all times.
• Monitoring quality of workmanship and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Reporting progress to senior management and resolving issues on site promptly.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build projects (modular experience is a plus).

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple trades and ensure deadlines are met.

SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS GOLD/BLACK, and First Aid certification desirable.
