You’ll guide small groups, provide 1:1 support, set up activities, and keep concise notes on progress so next steps are clear. You’ll reinforce routines, promote positive behaviour, and help create a calm, engaging classroom.The Candidate:You’re a graduate who communicates clearly, follows guidance well, and builds trust with young children. You’re organised, patient, and keen to develop practical classroom skills ahead of initial teacher training.Requirements
• Degree – A 2:2 or above in any subject.
• Communication – Clear and confident verbal and written communication.
• Enhanced DBS – Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate.
• Desire to work in education/with children – Strong interest in KS1 and pupil progress.
