The Role

• Sourcing and headhunting top talent for senior positions
• Writing and posting job adverts
• Screening CVs and interviewing candidates
• Managing the process from first call to final offer
• Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Working to targets and earning commission

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Resilient, ambitious, and money-motivated
• Degree preferred but not essential
• Any sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage

What’s on Offer

• £27,000 basic salary with uncapped commission
• Year 1 OTE: £38,000–£48,000
• Year 2 OTE: £45,000–£70,000
• Year 3 OTE: £70,000–£100,000+
• Monthly incentives including fine dining and team events
• Annual trips abroad to destinations such as Barcelona, New York, and Dubai
