Responsibilities? Develop, test, and optimise CNC programmes for milling machines? Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate programme creation.? Set up CNC machines, including selecting appropriate tooling and fixtures, ensuring proper calibration and safety compliance.? Monitor production runs, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments to programmes or machine settings.? Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment and ensure adherence to safety protocols.? Maintain detailed records of programme versions, modifications, and machine performance data.Qualifications? Proven experience in CNC programming within a manufacturing environment.? Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.? CNC Milling (3-Axis)? Programming, setting, and operating ( May consider skilled Setter Operators)? Ability to interpret engineering drawings, including geometric dimensions and tolerances? Experience in CAD software such as SolidWorks and familiarity with CAM software is advantageous? Positive attitude with a focus on safety, reliability, and organisation? Good organisational skills with attention to detail and safety standards.
