Requirements for the Team Leader Residential Care) role
: - Dementia care training (desirable)
- Working towards or obtained NVQ 3 or equivalent in health & social care
- Experience in organising , implementing training , chairing meetings (desirable but not essential)
- Experience of risk assessment, care plans and reviews
About the service:A residential and nursing home for older adults in a homely setting. They also offer dementia and respite care.

Duties and Responsibilities: - Developing and implementing personalised and person-centred care plans.
- Continuously assessing, implementing, and evaluating service users care.
- Adopting safe working practices in accordance with the services policies.
- Meeting the minimum CQC standards and maintaining professional CQC relationship.
- Ensuring personal development (continuous) and mandatory training is kept up to date.
- Setting and maintaining the highest standard of care in the service
- Supporting and Mentoring your team of care staff and guide them to provide the best positive outcomes for residents
