Team Leader - Nights (Residential Care)

Hourly Rate: £ 14

Hours per week: 36 - 48

Requirements for the Team Leader Residential Care) role:
  • Dementia care training (desirable)
  • Working towards or obtained NVQ 3 or equivalent in health & social care
  • Experience in organising , implementing training , chairing meetings (desirable but not essential)
  • Experience of risk assessment, care plans and reviews

A residential and nursing home for older adults in a homely setting. They also offer dementia and respite care.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing personalised and person-centred care plans.
  • Continuously assessing, implementing, and evaluating service users care.
  • Adopting safe working practices in accordance with the services policies.
  • Meeting the minimum CQC standards and maintaining professional CQC relationship.
  • Ensuring personal development (continuous) and mandatory training is kept up to date.
  • Setting and maintaining the highest standard of care in the service
  • Supporting and Mentoring your team of care staff and guide them to provide the best positive outcomes for residents
