Real Estate Management company, based in New York, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their CEO. The role requires a well-organized individual who can manage up and keep this executive on task.Duties include, but aren't limited to, managing the CEO's personal and professional calendar, point of contact for executives within the organization and external parties, phone management, tracking executive's financial accounts and coordinating with the office team on the CEO's financial reporting. Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of corporate experience and exhibit exceptional communication skills. This opportunity affords a great work/life balance with 10-6 hours. The salary is up to $80K plus discretionary bonus.
