📍 UK-Wide Travel | 💰 £50,000-£55,000 per annum + Car Allowance + Weekend Overtime + Mileage Allowance

First Task Professional are delighted to be working with a fit out and refurbishment contractor with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects across the UK — and owing to continued business growth, we're looking for a motivated and energetic Site Manager to join the team!

About the Role:

As Site Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing fit out and refurbishment projects from start to finish, ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards - reporting to an off-site Contracts Manager. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll be on-site, managing trades, liaising with clients, and ensuring health & safety is maintained at all times.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in fast-paced fit out environments (retail fit out experience is a bonus)

Willingness to travel nationwide - travel, accommodation and subsistence expenses are covered

*

Strong leadership and communication skills

*

Excellent organisation and time management

* Good IT literacy

Requirements:

SMSTS Certification

*

Black CSCS Card

*

First Aid at Work

*

Full UK Driving Licence
