We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist a gentleman in Liverpool with everyday tasks such as shopping and cooking, while promoting independence. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, patient, and has a genuine desire to make a positive impact on someone’s life.

• Assist with daily tasks including shopping, cooking, and other household duties.
• Provide companionship and support with activities that enhance the individual’s quality of life.
• Encourage and assist in maintaining independence in various aspects of daily living.
• Accompany the individual to appointments and social activities as required.
• Monitor and report any changes in the individual’s condition or behaviour.

• Must be a car driver with a valid driving licence.
• Minimum of 6 months UK experience in a similar support worker role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A compassionate and caring nature.
• Ability to work flexibly to meet the individual’s needs.
• A commitment to promoting the individual’s dignity, independence, and well-being.
