We are seeking an Accounts Manager to join our team and lead all activities related to the business operations of a top-tier student apartment community.
“Five Star” candidates will take ownership of all rent collection activities and will have an analytical mind, exceptional attention to detail, technical proficiency, and strong communication skills.
To excel in this role you should have:
· Associates degree in business, or 2 years of experience in the housing industry. Student housing experience is strongly preferred.
· Property management software experience.
· The persistence to reach for a delinquency of zero dollars.
· Polished communication skills.
