ERP Solutions Architect (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O)

Overview
Ocho is partnering with an engineering-led organisation to hire an ERP Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation within a complex manufacturing environment.

This is a high-impact role where you will own the end-to-end ERP architecture, helping the business transition from legacy systems to a modern, scalable platform. You'll work across production, supply chain, finance and operations, ensuring the ERP solution is fully aligned to business needs and future growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
• Define system architecture including integrations, data flows and dependencies
• Ensure ERP supports manufacturing, supply chain and financial processes
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver the solution
• Drive best practice across ERP design, governance and technical standards
• Lead solution design workshops and provide architectural oversight
• Support migration from legacy systems including Sage Line 500
• Contribute to data migration strategy, system rationalisation and process improvement
• Ensure seamless integration with wider systems using Azure and Microsoft technologies

Person We Are Looking For

• Proven experience as an ERP Solutions Architect or Senior ERP Consultant
• Strong experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX implementations
• Experience within manufacturing or engineering environments
• Knowledge of legacy ERP systems such as Sage
• Strong understanding of finance, supply chain and production processes
• Experience with integrations, Azure services and Power Platform
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Ability to operate across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment

Desirable Experience

• Experience migrating from Sage to Dynamics 365
• Exposure to Power Apps, Dataverse or Azure DevOps
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications

Role Details

• Full-time permanent role
• Based in Ballymena, Northern Ireland
• On-site presence required with some flexibility
• Occasional international travel
