Brief description of duties

Carry out administrative tasks, invoicing, booking collections and resolve any customer queries in a timely and effective manner. Establish, develop and grow relationships in a proactive manner with all external and internal customers

The role is focused on administration, checking and issuing contracts and supporting in the completion of wider HR admin tasks. Attention to detail and confidence in proof reading / checking are essential

Skills and Experience Required

Knowledge of HR admin or a HR qualification would be beneficial.
Need strong written communication and reasonable level of numeracy.
Enthusiastic and "can-do" attitude.
A collaborative team player willing to share knowledge and learning.
