They currently operate in a specialist segment of the mortgage market where they source high-quality opportunities. They provide secured lending against UK property, primarily to non-UK resident individuals purchasing property and to UK residents seeking bridging finance. Meanwhile, they provide their investors with attractive and consistent risk-adjusted returns, a high level of capital security, and fee transparency. They aim to continue to grow the fund's AUM, while continuing to provide investments that perform. Due to continual growth, they are looking to bring a motivated candidate into the team. Job description - Investor Relations Analyst  As an Investor Relations Analyst, your role will be to support the growth and smooth running of the investment sales function at the firm. Working closely with the Senior Management Team, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, preparing materials for investor meetings, coordinating communications and ensuring excellent investor service. This role provides a strong foundation for a future career in investment sales, offering exposure to the investor journey, sales processes and fund operations. The successful candidate will gain insight into how the business attracts and retains investors, builds relationships and delivers a market-leading investment proposition. Key responsibilities - Investor Relations AnalystIn this Investor Relations job in London, your responsibilities will include:
  • Maintain accurate investor, lead and pipeline data across CRM and tracking systems.
  • Prepare investor reports, meeting packs, follow-up correspondence and sales-related data.
  • Support internal sales reporting, forecasting and data collation.
  • Coordinate logistics for investor events, webinars and related marketing activity.
  • Manage mailing lists, distribution records and investor communications.
  • Assist in producing marketing and presentation materials in line with brand standards.
  • Liaise with marketing teams on content updates, approvals and materials.
  • Handle investor queries professionally and support onboarding, including document checks and coordination with compliance/operations.
  • Help maintain strong relationships with investors through timely follow-up and attention to detail.
  • Develop knowledge of investment products, fund operations, market trends and participate in relevant training.
Job requirements - Investor Relations AnalystIn this Investor Relations job in London, we are looking for:
  • 2.1 degree from a top university (Finance, Economics or other financial disciplines preferred)
  • Commercial experience in financial services, investment administration, or in a client-facing role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and document formatting.
  • An understanding of CRM systems or data management tools.
