Our client is a growing UK-based construction company specialising in reinforced concrete frames, groundworks, and piling. Our client has a turnover of £25 million per annum. Our client's expertise spans a wide range of commercial and residential projects, from large-scale developments to complex refurbishments across London, Bristol and the South East. Project values vary from £5m - £10m.

About the Role

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with specialist knowledge of RC Frame, Groundwork or Infrastructure construction to oversee 3 - 5 projects. You'll be responsible for leading the site team, managing programme delivery, ensuring technical compliance, and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

About the requirements

* Proven track record of delivering Civil, Groundwork and RC Frame projects on time and within budget

* Engineering background - ideally Degree educated

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* 3+ years experience in working as a Contracts Manager
