About the Development Finance Broker Role

As a Development Finance Broker, you’ll focus on helping property developers, investors, and businesses secure funding for development projects. You’ll be supported with a steady pipeline of warm leads from an extensive network of introducers and referrals – no cold calling required. Your expertise will guide clients through the funding process, sourcing and structuring the most suitable development finance solutions.

Development Finance Broker Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialist advice on Development Finance and bridging solutions
• Assess client requirements, project feasibility, and financial structures
• Source, compare, and secure tailored funding packages from a whole-of-market lender panel
• Manage complex cases and oversee deals from enquiry to completion
• Liaise with internal support teams, surveyors, lenders, and solicitors to ensure smooth progression
• Keep up to date with market trends, products, and regulatory changes

• Experienced Development Finance Broker / Bridging Finance Broker / Property Finance Specialist
• Proven track record in securing funding for property developments, refurbishments, or complex projects
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• CeMAP or equivalent qualification preferred
• Organised, proactive, and driven to exceed client expectations
