The Role

You'll be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of a busy transport office, while also playing a key role in developing new and existing business.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Managing daily transport and freight forwarding operations

* Leading and developing a small, close-knit team

* Driving commercial activity, including trailer reloads and European movements

* Building strong client relationships and onboarding new business

* Ensuring compliance with UK-EU customs regulations

What We're Looking For

* Experience in transport, logistics, or freight forwarding

* Strong knowledge of UK-EU customs procedures

* Proven ability in sales or business development

* Experience managing or supervising staff

* Commercial awareness and understanding of margins

* A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent communication skills
