Job Title: Air Conditioning & Chiller Field Service Engineer

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning & Chiller Field Service Engineer to join a growing team. This is a field-based role involving the installation, commissioning, de-installation, maintenance, and repair of rental hvac equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission equipment within set timescales
• Carry out maintenance, servicing, repairs, and de-installation
• Liaise with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities
• Complete technical reports, timesheets, and maintain communication with the service centre
• Maintain equipment to a high standard
• Follow all technical, quality, and safety standards

About You

• Proactive and self-motivated
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Able to manage workload and meet deadlines independently

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2 year’s experience in a similar role
• F-Gas (2079)
• Knowledge of refrigerants and electrical fault finding (desirable)
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
