Fire Risk Assessor - Bristol
Salary: up to £50k - £55k+ Package 

We're seeking a skilled Fire Risk Assessor to deliver high-quality fire risk assessments across our residential portfolio. You'll assess buildings, identify fire hazards, and provide clear, actionable recommendations to help us keep residents safe and maintain full regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities:

Complete Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments in residential buildings

Identify hazards and assess compliance with the Fire Safety Act and relevant standards

Produce clear, concise FRA reports with proportionate recommendations

Work collaboratively with property, compliance, and resident engagement teams

What we're looking for:

Proven experience carrying out residential FRAs

Strong knowledge of fire safety legislation and best practice

Excellent analytical and report-writing skills

Relevant fire safety qualifications/accreditations (IFE, IFSM, FPA, etc.) preferred
