My client is an established, family run organisation whose brand is recognised globally. Due to growth within the team, they are now seeking a customer focused individual ideally with previous commercial customer service experience.

My client offers a stylish, spacious, and modern office, situated in Evesham, with flexible working.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring up to date account details
  • Building effective working relationships with customers
  • Co-ordinating the distribution of marketing materials, brochures, point of sale materials, samples
  • Communicating internally on account opportunities
  • Existing customers requesting new products
  • New customer enquiries
  • Liaising with Accounts Team
  • Export documentation
  • Logging / reporting complaints

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Ability to quickly get up to speed with product knowledge
  • Experience of replenishment planning practices and procedures
  • Proactive approach to servicing customers, ability to build relationships
  • Resilient and flexible in a demanding fast paced environment
  • Ideally you will have worked in a customer service role before, preferably within an office
  • Highly organised with a logical mindset with good attention to detail
