We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our client based in Melksham.

• Responsible for helping to lead the restaurant team, delivering excellence for guests and running an immaculate and profitable operation.
• The role will also cover Duty Manager in charge of the hotel at times.
• Must have a very hands on style, leading from the front.
• Involves working weekends, some early but mainly late shifts.
• A minimum of 1 year in F&B Management / Supervisory roles essential.
• Accommodation for up to 4 weeks can be provided on site if a relocation is required.
