IT Systems Support Engineer required for my client based in Bristol for a permanent role paying £32-35k

My client is a small software supplier who are seeking an experienced IT Systems Support Engineer to join their team and provide support to their external client base on bespoke software.

This is an office-based role where you be work alongside two other Support Analyst's as well as liaising with the Development team to discuss support issues and enhancements.

Key tasks of the role include;

Look after the company's internal and external Windows Servers and workstations

Administering backups of all machines

Ensuring disaster recovery processes are running smoothly

Maintenance and imaging of multiple anti-virus products

Maintenance and imaging of the test-bed machines.

Skills;

Experience of Windows

Windows Server

Terminal Server

Virtualisation ( VMware / Hyper-V)

SQL

You must have excellent spoken and written English skills, happy to work on site in Bristol and a suitable IT related qualification
