Currently, Liugong North American seeks a candidate that possess the experience and knowledge as a Marketing Coordinator to join our team of highly motivated individuals . Want to know a little about Liugong? Well, LiuGong North America (LGNA) is a subsidiary of Guangxi Liugong Machinery Co, LTD, that is headquartered in China. LGNA manufactures heavy construction equipment, such as Wheel Loaders, Hydraulic Excavators, Dozers, and Forklifts machinery and forklifts for material handling. LGNA offers a convenient Katy, Texas location. In conjunction with the Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing of a product or business. May coordinate a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks, including the advertising, direct mail, printing, customer event materials. Establishes and maintains vendor, distributor and internal & external customer relations. Duties Developing and executing marketing and public relations projects including working with advertising agency, tradeshow Management Company Developing and implementing public relations campaigns to enhance company image, including writing and distributing press releases Finding editorial opportunities Writing Job and Customer Stories Support the marketing and communications efforts for the company Support marketing and communications efforts of the company’s distribution channels Maintain, localize and modify company collateral on an ongoing basis Manage Company events including regional and national tradeshows Liaison between marketing, branding & communications with headquarters Manage all travel arrangements for the department Manage all invoicing and accounts payable for the department Manage, Maintain, and Edit LGNA Website Promote the brand through the social media websites- Facebook, Twitter, Google etc. Supply the backend support on marketing to the sales team and dealers Update and maintain the customer database, inclusive of the one in sales force and other company CRM system Coordinate Machine Demos Measure effectiveness of the marketing program through the collection and analysis of regional sales data. Manage and Coordinate Company Marketing needs in conjunction with budget Travel overseas and dealer sites for marketing events. Develop proper marketing and branding material or publication to support business in the field, such as leaflet and brochure of product etc. Develop or purchase promotional items or l merchandise to promote the brand . Support dealers to build company brand in the field. Background & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, or related field required. One to three years of related experience in business, promotional sales, customer service, or related field preferred. Proficient in English (written and oral); Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills including ability to train and speak publicly. Strong, well rounded business acumen. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
