The Role - SEN TA

We are seeking a caring and experienced SEN TA to join a specialist SEN school in Greenwich, supporting pupils with ASD, including non-verbal learners with complex communication needs. The SEN TA role involves providing 1:1 and small-group support, using PECS, Makaton, communication flash cards and visual strategies to promote engagement and independence, while working closely with teaching and therapy staff to support EHCP targets. Personal care may be required, so applicants must be comfortable supporting pupils' daily needs with dignity and professionalism. Previous SEN experience, a calm and patient approach, and a strong commitment to inclusive education are essential for this SEN TA role.
