 Competitive pay: 88.50 - £95 per day

We're seeking dedicated Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistants to support two children with different needs in a local, Southampton 3 form entry school. Both pupils present behaviours that need addressing quickly and confidently. It is essential you are  I'm looking strong, calm, and consistent, with the confidence to follow agreed strategies, apply boundaries fairly, and respond proactively before situations escalate.

Experience working with children or adults with barriers to learning
Strong sense of empathy, resilience, and a commitment to inclusive education
A genuine desire to help every child thrive
Clear and concise way of communiocating
Someone resilient, calm and consistent
Understand body language and being proactive in support
A current enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Willingness to learn and adapt to different needs and learning styles
