The JobAn experienced Management Accountant will be hired for 6 months to support growth and transformation.  Hybrid working.

• Reporting to the Financial Controller and working closely with Operations and the bigger finance team, you will support with process and controls improvements.  Some processes need refining and some to be set up from scratch.
• You will also support the Financial Controller with ad hoc duties whilst there are gaps in the team
• Reconciliations and analysis

• You could be either fully qualified or qualified by experience
• You will have considerable experience in mid level finance roles including management accounting and have been part of transformation and change with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Have great excel skills and be familiar with ERP systems
• Be a good communicator and ability to liaise with operations and the wider finance team
• Ability to prioritise and have great attention to detail
