Location: Redhill
Salary: £24,000-£26,000 + quarterly bonus (OTE £30K)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am-5pm or 9am-5pm

Are you bike-mad and customer-focused?

Whether you're just starting out or already have hands-on experience, this is a brilliant opportunity to turn your passion for bikes into a rewarding career. Our client is hiring for a Claims Advisors at either junior or experienced levels to join their dynamic and growing company that puts customer care and cycle knowledge at the forefront.

You'll be a key part of the customer claims journey, guiding bike owners with empathy, practical insight, and genuine care—helping them get back in the saddle after a claim.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Acting as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and online platforms.

* Delivering outstanding service while guiding claimants through the end-to-end claims process.

* Conducting or assisting with bike inspections and servicing (carbon frame assessments for experienced hires).

* Managing customer records, internal databases, and supporting administrative tasks.

* Handling logistics such as sales orders, shipping, salvage sales, and third-party recoveries.

* Spotting and escalating any suspicious or potentially fraudulent claims.

* Representing the business at occasional cycling events (for those with technical skills).

What We're Looking For:

For Junior-Level Candidates:

* A genuine love for bikes (personal or workshop experience welcomed).

* Great communication and problem-solving skills.

* Comfortable with basic admin tasks and Microsoft Office.

* Empathetic, calm under pressure, and eager to learn.

* A can-do attitude and strong attention to detail.

For Experienced-Level Candidates:

* Cytech qualification or proven professional bike repair experience.

* Confident in bike assessments, servicing, and maintenance.

* Strong verbal and written communication across all customer touchpoints.

* Proactive, organised, and skilled at managing multiple cases.

* Experience with claims handling or technical customer service is a plus.
