We are seeking a passionate Level 2 Nursery Practitioner to join our vibrant team. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with young children and is committed to providing high-quality early years education and care.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Support the delivery of creative and educational activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Assist in the daily care routines of the children, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Engage with children in various play and learning activities that promote their social, emotional, and intellectual development.
  • Monitor and record the progress of children, providing feedback to parents and caregivers.
  • Maintain a clean and organised setting that meets health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other nursery staff to plan and coordinate activities that stimulate learning and development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must hold a Level 2 qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a nursery setting with children aged 0-5 years.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to provide a supportive learning environment.
  • A caring and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.
