Our client, Suffolk County Council, is seeking an agency Social Worker for its MASH (multi-agency safeguarding hub).

This role will last 3 months initially and is paid at £35 - £39 umbrella.

It is based at Landmark House, Ipswich and requires 5 days per week onsite.

The role will involve the following:

• Social Worker - MASH
• To gather information and assess following social care referral and to make recommendations for next steps according to Suffolk Thresholds Document
• Landmark House, Ipswich 5 days a week office based

Requirements of the role:

• Qualified Social Worker
• Fully Social Work England registered
• 3 years post-qualified experience in employment of a local authority (DFE rules)
• Must have experience in a MASH, Assessment or other frontline children’s social care setting
• Must be able to work onsite in Ipswich 5 days per week
