What we're looking for:

Experienced Registered Manager with a track record in elderly care

Nurse or non-nurse, with strong understanding of CQC standards

Proven experience in turnaround or service improvement (desirable)

Inspirational leadership skills and the ability to develop a positive culture

Passion for delivering high-quality, dignified care
