An extremely busy and successful company is seeking to employ a permanent Purchase Ledger Clerk to bolster the current accounts team. It is essential applicants possess experience with all accounts payable processes as you will be responsible for a large ledger, therefore you must have the ability to manage and prioritise a substantial workload by being pro active, thorough and meticulous is crucial.

Permanent role, full time hours, office based.
Manage all aspects of a high volume purchase ledger.
Matching, batching, coding, reconciling invoices, payment runs and month end.
Liaise with suppliers and colleagues to solve account related queries.
Large accounts team, supportive company.

Must have experience with all aspects of purchase ledger.
Confidence and accuracy when processing invoices to deadlines.
Be assertive when liaising with suppliers and colleagues to solve account queries.
Strong personality, highly organised and able to manage a busy workload.
