Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant ready to make a lasting difference? A welcoming primary school in Tipton, Dudley is seeking a dedicated SEN TA to provide 1:1 support for a child with additional needs.

This is a full-time, long-term position ideal for someone confident supporting children with autism, communication difficulties, or sensory needs. The role offers rewarding, hands-on experience in a nurturing school environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing 1:1 support for a pupil with SEN, helping them access learning
Supporting emotional regulation and classroom engagement
Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement support strategies
Encouraging progress through patience, consistency, and creative learning tools
Assisting with personal care and transitions if neededWhat we're looking for:
