Elite HR are delighted to be working with a fantastic independent business to find an experienced Training Administrator. This is a full time, permanent role and based near Fareham.
This position is integral role in the customer service and organisational strength of the business and will be responsible for the smooth running of the administration support provided to the business.
The role offers an attractive salary of £9.50 P/H (£17,290 per annum) depending upon experience.
- Providing excellent customer service when dealing with telephone calls, emails, online forms and live chat
- Providing administrative support to the business
- Preparation of documents including invoicing
- All ad-hoc administrative support
- Have exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills and be able to work to deadlines
- Have competent IT skills, particularly in Word and Excel
- Have previous experience of working in Administration and ideally have experience of a CRM (preferably Accessplanit)
- Be able to use their own initiative and change focus easily
