The Role

You'll play a key role in driving the features, adoption, and growth of a leading wellbeing app. Working at the heart of a collaborative cross-functional engineering team, you'll create and deliver strategies for both content and product features that inspire engagement, improve user experience, and ultimately make lives better.

Day-to-day, you will:

Define and deliver a clear vision, roadmap, and strategy for product growth and content adoption
Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and wellbeing experts to deliver engaging, accurate, and relevant content
Drive user engagement by analysing metrics and adapting strategies accordingly
Manage the full delivery lifecycle, from idea to launch
Ensure the app evolves with new features, cultural contexts, and wellbeing trends
Lead competitor analysis to ensure the product stays ahead

What we're looking for:

Strong experience as a Product Owner or Content Manager, ideally in SaaS, healthcare, or wellbeing sectors
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas
Proven experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
A proactive, ambitious individual who thrives in fast-paced, innovative environments
Familiarity with CMS systems (DatoCMS experience is a plus)
